Tree Wise Men rents and sells lit Christmas trees in Marion County, Florida. To take a reservation and get a crew to your yard, we need a few details about you. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
When you place a reservation, contact us, or browse the site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and billing address; install location details such as street address, neighborhood or subdivision, and any gate code you give us; and reservation details including tree size, light color, quantity, notes, and how you found us.
Payment information is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic site analytics through cookies, such as pages viewed, device type, and general location.
Only to run the reservation and get your tree installed: to confirm your order, schedule the install and takedown windows, route the crew to the right address, take payment, and reach you if something changes. “How did you find us?” tells us where to spend our advertising money — nothing more.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not add you to third-party marketing lists. Your gate code and install address are shared only with the crew installing your tree.
We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the business work: our payment processor, to charge your card securely; our website host and email provider, to store reservations and send confirmations; and our install crew, who receive only the address, access details, and tree specifics.
We may also share information with law enforcement or regulators if we are legally required to.
The site uses cookies to keep your cart contents between pages and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart will not remember your tree if you do.
We keep reservation records for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes, and because most of our customers come back the next season — having your details on file means a two-minute rebooking. Ask us to delete your records at any time and we will.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of seasonal reminder texts or emails by replying STOP or telling us on the phone. None of this affects your reservation.
Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the reservation page as well.
